Refund Policy

Fees charged by True Voice Clinic relate to professional services, appointment time, and administrative costs. As such, refunds are generally not provided once services have been rendered.
 

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with adequate notice may be eligible for a refund or credit, subject to clinic cancellation requirements. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
 

Procedures and Consultations

Fees for consultations, procedures, and office-based services are non-refundable once the service has been provided. Outcomes of medical or surgical care cannot be guaranteed, and dissatisfaction with results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
 

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of True Voice Clinic in exceptional circumstances.
